If you're reporting a possible calculation error, the exact inputs you used help us reproduce it quickly.

If you're reaching out about a partnership, a citation, or press inquiry rather than a bug report or feature request, say so in your message and it'll be routed accordingly — the same form and email address handle every kind of inquiry, there's no separate business contact.
How the form works
The form only asks for your name, email address, and message — there's no account or newsletter sign-up involved, and your email is used only to reply to you. If you'd rather skip the form entirely, the email address below works just as well.
Response time
This is a small, independently run site, so replies aren't instant, but every message is read. Formula or accuracy reports get priority since those affect what people see when they use a tool.
Reporting a bug or calculation issue
If a tool gave you a result that doesn't match what you expected, the fastest way to help us track it down is to include the exact inputs you entered, the result you got, what you expected instead, and the browser or device you were using. We check reported formulas against their original clinical reference before making any change, so a report with concrete numbers gets resolved much faster than a general "this seems wrong".
